Poppy Dancey Stuff: A DJ Set

Music is the ultimate mood lifter for me. When I really want a boost, I listen to what I call Poppy Dancey Stuff. It’s upbeat, melodic and heavy on the percussion. And yes, I love to dance!

  1. I know none of these and none appeal to me so I am apparently dead inside.
    However, to my shameful dismay, I still occasionally rock out to Hanson’s “Mmm Bop”, Culture Club’s “Karma Chameleon”, Nightclub’s, “Dear Enemy” and Taylor Swift’s “You Need To Calm Down.” Those are my happy place songs.

    Mostly I am heavy metal to the bone marrow. Not narrow minded, I like a bit of country, pop, rock, r and b, metal, dance, etc al. But what makes my soul riot in a happy way…has always been heavy metal.
