Combating Negative Thoughts

A year ago, my psych nurse diagnosed me with anxiety. I already had Bipolar II and ADHD. The medical protocol for anxiety and ADHD contradict one another. With anxiety, you avoid stimulants. I had to quit Adderall.

I found that my anxiety felt like a continuous loop in my mind of me telling myself negative things. With the help of a therapist, I learned that you can retrain your brain to stop the negativity. Read the short article below….
